Pain Relief Spa ( Bel-Red Rd ) Reviews

I’ve been coming here for massage therapy using my Kaiser insurance, and I’ve had a really great experience. The staff made the insurance process easy, and scheduling appointments has always been convenient. The massage therapist is professional and really takes the time to understand where I’m having pain and tightness. I especially noticed a big improvement in my neck and shoulder tension after my sessions. The place is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming. I’m so glad I found a massage place that accepts Kaiser insurance and provides such great care. Definitely recommend!10/10

Straight forward, clean and most importantly the therapist was excellent. Walked away feeling taller and walking with less pain. Thanks.

I had a great experience at Pain Relief Spa! I used my insurance for a therapeutic massage, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff helped verify my insurance benefits before my appointment, so there were no surprises. The therapist was knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns, and focused on the areas causing pain and tension. After the session, my neck, shoulders, and lower back felt much better. The clinic is clean, relaxing, and well organized. If you’re looking for a professional massage clinic that accepts insurance, I highly recommend Pain Relief Spa. I’ll definitely be coming back!
